Terms of use

These terms cover the public ospyr.com website and its early-access list, operated by Ospyr Ventures Private Limited. A separate Ospyr service may have its own terms when it opens.
Joining the list
Submit an email address you control and confirm it using the code or link we send. You may also choose Google sign-in. A request from an AI assistant does not join you to the list until you confirm through your email. Please do not submit another person's address without their permission.
Invitations and availability
A place on the list is an expression of interest, not a reservation, purchase, account for every Ospyr service, or promise of access by a particular date. Features shown on this site may be planned or in early development. We may change which services become available and how invitations are sent.
Tickets and referrals
Your assigned ticket number identifies your signup. Confirmed referrals can improve the number displayed as your place in line; that displayed number may differ from your original ticket. A referral counts only after the invited person confirms their own email. Please share your link honestly. Automated, deceptive, duplicate or self-referrals may be excluded.
Using this site
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass signup limits, misuse another person's confirmation link, or present Ospyr's content as proof that an unavailable feature is live. Links to other services are provided for convenience; their own terms apply when you use them.
Messages and privacy
We send verification and early-access messages to the address you provide. You can ask us to stop early-access messages or remove your waitlist record by emailing hello@ospyr.com. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as early access evolves. The current version will be available here. Questions about the site or your signup can be sent to hello@ospyr.com.
