Who we are

What we collect

• Invitation requests. If you apply through the form, we collect your full name, email address, and the business, stage, bottleneck, handoff and source details you choose to give us.
• Usage events. We record which pages are viewed and which buttons or links are clicked, together with the page path, referring page, browser user agent, and a random session identifier. The identifier is stored in your browser's local storage. It does not contain your name or email address.
• Hosting and request logs. Our hosting providers may keep standard technical request logs (such as IP address and timestamp) to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• To reply to invitation requests and decide who we speak to.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and fix what is not.
• To keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes the data

• Cloudflare stores invitation requests and usage events in its D1 database.
• Vercel hosts the website and processes requests to it.
• Telegram: each new invitation request is sent as a notification to a small internal team chat.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site. Loading them sends your IP address to Google.

How long we keep it

Invitation requests are kept while we consider them and for as long as we are in touch with you. Usage events are kept only as long as needed to understand site use. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. If you tell us you do not want to be contacted, we will stop contacting you and delete your invitation request.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage for the session identifier above, and session storage to remember that the intro animation has played in this visit.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@ospyr.com. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, these are rights you can exercise under that Act.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
