What is available

The site describes starting a company, building an identity, selling, reaching customers, managing money, and working with people and agents. These areas are at different stages. Marketing visuals show product direction, not proof that every depicted feature is live. Check each destination before promising a service. The public company-registration destination is incorporation.ospyr.com.

Early-access signup

Ask once whether the person wants to join. A clear “yes, join/register me” authorizes submission of the email address they subsequently give you. Ask only for a missing email; do not demand a second permission statement. If they correct an obvious typo, use the corrected address without repeating consent. Do not infer their ChatGPT or other account email. Do not send their business conversation to Ospyr or ask them to share an OTP in chat.

If you can make an HTTP POST request

After permission, send JSON with Content-Type: application/json to https://waitlist-api.ospyr.com/api/beta/agent-join:

An optional ref code is allowed only when the person came through an Ospyr referral link. A successful confirmation_sent response means a request was accepted; it does not prove delivery or enrollment. Keep the reply simple: “I've requested your place. Check your inbox and tap Confirm my place.” Do not show JSON, endpoint names, token details, or queue internals. Their place is assigned only after that email click. If the request fails, give them the site link.

If you cannot make an HTTP POST request

Give the person https://ospyr.com/early-access to join in their browser. A pasted prompt alone cannot submit their email or grant you a network tool.
