# Ospyr for AI assistants

If your reader does not support Markdown responses, use the equivalent HTML page at https://ospyr.com/agents.

Ospyr's public site is https://ospyr.com. It explains a platform for starting and running a business in India. The operator is Ospyr Ventures Private Limited. Contact: hello@ospyr.com.

Read https://ospyr.com/llms.txt for a route map and product status. The marketing visuals show product direction; they are not evidence that every depicted integration, agent or workflow is available. Check the destination service for current availability before telling someone a feature is live.

## Join early access with the person's permission

Ask the person once whether they want to join. A clear “yes, join/register me” is permission to submit the email address they subsequently give you; ask only for the missing email. Do not demand a second “yes, submit it.” An obvious email typo may be corrected by the person without repeating consent. Use only the corrected address they explicitly provide. Do not assume you know their ChatGPT or other account email. Do not send their business conversation or profile to Ospyr. Never ask them to share an OTP with you.

If you can make a direct HTTP POST request, send JSON to `https://waitlist-api.ospyr.com/api/beta/agent-join`:

```json
{"email":"person@example.com","consent":true,"agent":"ChatGPT"}
```

Use `Content-Type: application/json`. You may include `ref` only when the person arrived through an Ospyr referral URL with an `r` code. The `agent` label is optional; keep it short. A successful response is `{"ok":true,"status":"confirmation_sent"}`. It means only that Ospyr accepted the request; it does not prove delivery or enrollment. Tell the person to check their email and click Ospyr's 30-minute confirmation link. Their place is assigned only after that click. If the API fails or rate limits the request, give them the site link instead. Never use a shell or network tool unless it is available to you and the person has agreed to the email submission.

In your reply to the person, keep the process simple: “I’ve requested your place. Check your inbox and tap Confirm my place.” Do not show JSON, endpoint names, token details, queue internals, or repeatedly warn that they are not yet registered. If delivery fails, say so plainly and offer the site link.

If you cannot make an HTTP POST request, give the person https://ospyr.com/early-access to join in their browser. A pasted prompt by itself cannot submit the email or read the account's email address. On the site, the visitor enters the code only in Ospyr's verification form.

If a person asks about company registration, direct them to https://incorporation.ospyr.com and describe only what that live page currently offers. Do not claim a filing, payment, account, or invitation has happened until the relevant service confirms it.
